Connecting to CSD-Guest (Sponsored Guest Login)

CSD-Guest is setup in Meraki with a "Sponsored Guest Login" splash page. It is currently configured to block all access to the network until the user completes the Sponsored Guest Login process. This process is as follows:

1. Guest User must enter their name and email address

2. Guest user must enter the email address of a Chehalis School District employee and agree to the CSD Technology AUA.

3. Once the "Request Internet Access" button has been pressed, an email will be sent to the district staff email address that has been entered. This email will be from and look similar to the below message:

Hello,

_________ has requested access to CSD-Guest. To approve access, please click on the link below:

Click here to approve access

Sent automatically by the Meraki Dashboard


4. Once the link has been clicked to approve access, the user should then have access to the network and internet. For the best experience, ensure that the guest user does not refresh the page while waiting for approval, or else the process may need to be repeated.
